At Porco Energy we offer a wide varity of programs for you comfort:
Price Protection Plans
Our budget program will keep you on a level monthly payment. We offer a twelve month floating budget and it is reviewed periodically to adjust with market changes. And if you have a credit balance at the end of the month, we’ll pay you interest in the form of a budget credit on your account.
Our cap program provides you with price protection whether the price goes up or down. If the market rises, your price is guaranteed not to exceed your cap price. But if the market price goes down, you will pay the lower of the two. In essence you are buying an insurance policy and like any insurance there is a fee for the policy. These rates will vary with market conditions.
Our “comfort credits” program combines the best of both worlds. It is a twelve month budget with a cap. Like our budget program we will credit your account with interest on any credit balances at the end of the month. And like our cap program, there is a cap fee.
Our pre buy program is just like it sounds. You pre buy a determined amount of oil or gas at a fixed or locked in rate. This rate will remain the same whether the market goes up or down. You will pay that rate until the gallons are used or the program date ends, after -which you will pay the market rate. Since we purchase these gallons up front for you, we do require that they be paid for in advance.
Service and Maintenance programs:
We offer two levels of service programs, our comfort plan and our worry free plan. Either of these plans ensures we will be there day or night for your comfort. A free equipment inspection is completed before a plan is in effect.
Our comfort sure program ensures your home will remain warm when you are away. Porco Energy can monitor the level in you tank as well as the temperature inside your home. If the temperature drops we are notified 24/7, and a comfort technician is immediately dispatched. It will give you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy your time away.
